Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)

What Is ARMHS?

Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) is a program developed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) to support adults living with mental health conditions or traumatic brain injuries.

ARMHS provides hands-on support and skill-building services that help individuals manage their mental health, increase independence, and participate more fully in their communities. Services focus on developing practical skills for everyday life, including coping strategies, social interaction, and connection to community recourses.
