Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)

What Is ARMHS?

Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) is a rehabilitative, skill-building service defined by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) for adults living with a serious mental illness or traumatic brain injury. ARMHS supports individuals in developing the skills needed to manage their mental health, live independently, and function successfully in the community.

Services focus on practical, hands-on instruction and support in areas impacted by mental health symptoms, including daily living skills, symptom management, social functioning, and community integration.
