Saafi Behavioral Health Services, LLC, established in 2019 and based in Rochester, Minnesota, provides compassionate and culturally responsive mental and behavioral health services to adults. We support individuals facing mental, emotional, and social challenges through person-centered, goal-oriented care that promotes stability, independence, and overall well-being within the community.

Our mission is to empower adults living with mental illness to build stability, independence, and hope through person-centered, culturally responsive rehabilitative mental health services. we are committed to meeting individuals where they are and supporting meaningful progress toward recovery and community integration.

We envision a community where individuals experiencing mental health challenges are supported, respected, and equipped with the skills they need to live fulfilling and self-directed lives.
